The market welcomes Acqua, who will use locally grown or raised ingredients to fashion samples of its fare. Whether they are serving parmesan-encrusted fish, prosciutto arugula pizza, or green pea crostini, Executive Chef, Jose Draganac, and Chef de Cuisine, Albert DeAngelis, are committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farmers and vendors – just as if you were dining in Greece, Spain, Italy, or Morocco.
