The stadium-style culinary showdown event will feature Chefs Frank Bonnaudet of Sucré Salé in Ridgefield, Jehan S. de Noüe of JSN Catering, and Beck Bolender of One Twenty One in South Salem, with CTbites' Amy Kundrat as host.
