Come to Napa & Co. and join Chef Adam Truelove and Owner Mary Schaffer as they welcome celebrity Chef Elizabeth Falkner on Friday June 27th for “"THE FRIDAY NIGHT PIZZA PARTY" from 6 to 9pm.
Chef Falkner is a multiple award winning chef, a James Beard Foundation Award nominee and a lover of culinary competition. Many will remember her incredible skills on Food Network's "Next Iron Chef, Redemption," "Food Network's Challenge," "Iron Chef America" and her outstanding performance in the finals of "Next Iron Chef, Super Chefs," as well as a contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef Masters."
She will showcase her creative genius with the wood burning oven, transforming one of Connecticut’s most beloved dishes, the pizza, into a culinary work of art. Schaffer will paired each pizza with one of the stellar Sonoma wines of Valley of the Moon. In addition, Napa’s Chef Adam will partner with Chef Falkner to showcase Napa’s new summer party cocktail menu.
This will be a Family Style Cocktail Event with plenty of wine, pizza and other delightful edibles to fill your tummies! Priced at $60 per person (plus tax and gratuity) with 10% of the proceeds being donated to The National Center for Learning Disabilities (http://www.ncld.org) this event will tickle your palate and help others.
