CLASP Homes of Westport’s 12th Annual Taste of Westport will take place on Thursday May 5. Harvest, Pane e Bene, Rive Bistro, Matsu Sushi, and other restaurants will serve specialty dishes. There will also be samples of wine, beer, and cocktails. $75 in advance, or $85 at the door. CLASP is a 34 year old nonprofit providing homes and opportunities for people with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Acqua, Terra and Eastend restaurants (Z Hospitality Group) will be hosting their annual "Week of Caring" to benefit the United Way. Dine at any of these restaurants during May 1 - May 7 and a portion of the week's proceeds from all three restaurants will be donated to the United Way.
Z Hospitality Group will also be hosting complimentary breakfast for all "Run/Walk For Hope" runners benefitting the Breast Cancer Alliance. This breakfast will take place on May 1st at 10:00am in the parking lots of Richards department store on 359 Greenwich Avenue.
Tacos and Puppies?! It sounds too good to be true! On Monday, May 2 from 3-7PM, stop into the Natural Pet Outlet with you dog and receive a FREE TACO from the Taco Loco food truck.
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo Bodega style! Bodega’s Darien location will have Patron Tequila Specials, a Pig Roast, a live performance by PanaMusik, and a Pop-Up Beer Garden. The Fairfield location will feature Bodega’s Food Truck Pop Up, a Sidewalk Margarita Bar, Patron Tequila Specials, and Strolling Guitar music.
Also join Taco Loco again for their famous Cinco de Mayo celebration. The outdoor party on Thursday May 5 will include Live Music, a Party Tent, their Food Truck, Drink Specials, and Give-A-Ways.
Two Roads Brewery, in collaboration with Marcia Selden Catering, invites you to a Nor'Yeaster Preview Beer Dinner on Monday, May 2. Guests will be the first to try Framboise Noir, a Lambic Series Ale with Black Raspberries. The menu theme is "Re-imagined Junk Food." It cost $70 per person, with attendance limited to 75.
