The new Fall Wine appreciation classes have been announced at napa & company in Stamford. These highly regarded introductions to the art of pairing wines with fine foods kicks off on October 12th with Not "KJ" that will feature six New World Chardonnays. The courses continue with a focus on other varieties including Beaujolais, South African and vintages perfect for the Thanksgiving Dinner. Each of the classes will pair these wines with three small courses.
