The Whelk in Westport has just launched a new happy hour menu. "Oyster Happy Hour" is now being served 4:30 to 6pm Tuesday - Friday featuring a few back to the clam shack classics such as Steamed Clams, Blackened Shrimp as well as Norm Bloom's Copps Island oysters for $1 each. Cans of beer will be a very reasonable $3 and pitchers of their signature cocktails are available. This sounds like a party to me. See you there.
